Pal-Tech Inc., from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Arlington, Virginia, has committed to help the Birmingham Abstinence Education Program apply technologies that will enable the C.H.A.M.P.S. program to adapt to the environmental change and achieve their goals.
